Responsibilities:
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirementsScrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best dealsLiaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractorsPreparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documentsAdvising managers and clients on improvements and new strategiesKeeping track of materials and ordering more when requiredDocumenting any changes in design and updating budgetsEstablishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholdersTraveling from the office to various sites as requireQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Minimum of 3 years of experience Knowledgeable in cost estimates, quantifying and itemizing construction materials, cost control and contract documentation.Problem solving skillsCommunication skills Willing to be assigned in Siargao Island-
