Responsibilities: 

Manage and update Shopify product listings, including product titles, descriptions, and images, with a keen eye for basic SEO optimization. Monitor and analyze website performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase conversion rates. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. Resolve issues related to online orders and products, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices to maximize sales potential. Collaborate with CRM and Digital Ads partners to optimize customer engagement and acquisition. Support the customer experience team as needed to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Act as the general campaign coordinator between the design team, marketing, and e-commerce, ensuring timely product and campaign launches. 

 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of Shopify backend experience, preferably working on multi-site setups for a single brand. Proven experience as a Shopify Admin or similar role. Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices, including website design, user experience, and optimization. Familiarity with Shopify platform and related apps and tools. Experience with Klaviyo CRM, including setting up flows, troubleshooting, reporting, and analysis. Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, and Google Analytics (GA4), with the ability to set up events/tracking and derive actionable insights. Experience with Elevar is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software is highly beneficial.
