Position Title: Virtual Assistant

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Date: September 2024

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHTResponsibilities:

  • Update master spreadsheets as directed and call patients to promote CPAP products

  • Listen to calls periodically for QA purposes and schedule training sessions to prevent revenue loss due to miscommunications

  • Calculate monthly conversion rates and help develop policies and procedures to improve communication and efficiency

  • Train staff and review scripts with the CEO, assisting in revisions as needed

  • Assist in obtaining contracts, including PPO and Medicaid, in collaboration with Credily

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote company products, including all PAP products, CGMs, and Mobile Vests

  • Contact doctors offices using the existing database to build relationships

  • Fax CPAP, CGM, and Mobile Vest referral forms daily and follow up as necessary

  • Track all work using Excel or similar tools

  • Meet with the CEO at least once a week to review progress and strategies

  • Answer phones as part of a team effort, ensuring calls do not roll over to Administration when possible

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or quality assurance environment

    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
