Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Consolidate accurate sales reports
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day rotisserie operations, including inventory and achievement of sales targets
  • Maintain appropriate stocking levels for supplies
  • Supervise store crew
  • Monitors, checks, and supervises daily sales report and withdrawals
  • Monitors and records spoilage, and prepares report
  • Overall in charge of outlet opening activities
  • Coordinate with support group and business partners for any related concerns
  • Maintain sanitation and orderliness in the store

    Qualifications:
