Responsibilities and Duties:
- Consolidate accurate sales reports
- Supervise and manage day-to-day rotisserie operations, including inventory and achievement of sales targets
- Maintain appropriate stocking levels for supplies
- Supervise store crew
- Monitors, checks, and supervises daily sales report and withdrawals
- Monitors and records spoilage, and prepares report
- Overall in charge of outlet opening activities
- Coordinate with support group and business partners for any related concerns
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness in the store
- Process government required permits
- Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any four (4) year course
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in Administration – as branch officer or supervisor, Logistics/Warehouse, Customer Service, or equivalent
- Must have excellent people management skills
- Must know how to drive and with valid Driver's license
- Willing to do field work
