About the opportunity
1. Develop, set up, and maintain the records management system
Digitize all executed contracts and legal documents for proper filingOrganize and file contracts and legal documentsMonitor and record inventory of contracts and documents regularly to ensure easy retrieval and monitoring of contracts and documents2. Effective performance of office administration functions
Assists in handling job requests filed by the various Departments of the Company and affiliates and endorse to the Department Head for proper assignmentAssists in recording job requests and assigning docket numbers for proper tracking and monitoring of job assignmentsPerform daily routine clerical functions such as encoding, filing, scanning and photocopying, preparation of check paymentsAssists notary in preparing documents for notarization3. Other functions/tasks
Assists the lawyers in the preparation and filing of documents with the courts and other government agencies
Qualifications:
Graduate of any four-year course With more than a year of relevant work experienceAmenable to work on-site in BGC and perform field work if necessaryProficient with MS Office SystemGood communication skills in both written and oral
