Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages and supervises branch employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership
• Managing schedule of employees and patients
• Ensuring branch operation is running smoothly
• Managing and confirming scheduled appointments of patients
• Handling phone calls and patient inquiries; Managing patient transactions and receiving payments
• Preparing monthly reports (staff schedule, sales, payroll, incentives, inventory of supplies/merchandise)
• Supervising stock supplies and inventory
• Handling Customer Complaints
• Willing to be assigned at Robinsons Place Manila, VMall Greenhills San Juan, Lucky Chinatown Mall, Bindondo, Uptown Mall Taguig or SM City Fairview

  Qualification:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least one year of relevant working experience preferably in the same industry
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong people and leadership skills
  • Team-player, organized, and systematic
  • Computer Literate
