DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule planning to reduce heads, tails, and two colors foam by-products.Provide the most efficient cutting plan for short blocks.Manage spares availability, equipment tagging, information and specs database.Initiates machine maintenance in coordination with EMD.Establish procedures to maintain overall equipment health.Analysis of Data.Analyze Foam Forecasts and adjustments.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any Engineering related course.At least a minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in Warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management in a manufacturing environment.Has knowledge in warehouse methods, procedures and techniques utilized in handling storing stock items.Knowledgeable in Material planning and control in a manufacturing firm.
