HRIS SPECIALIST
POSITION OVERVIEW
An HRIS specialist is an HR expert who analyzes data to improve strategies, processes, and productivity. They lead the HRIS team in automating, integrating, and configuring core HR processes, reporting to the HR Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
Process Improvement
Lead the ongoing evaluation and development of personnel systemsCollaborate with Software Development Team and user communities to identify areas for improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions to existing systemsCollaborating with the HR Operations team to provide support for HR technology mattersDevelops, documents, and maintains all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and complianceCompliance
Monitor and help maintain 100% data accuracy in the personnel systems and support the HR team for labor and ISO certificationConduct root-cause analysis, and recommend actions to address inefficiencies or non-complianceReporting
Maintaining and administering ad hoc report writing tools for end users; training and assisting users of those ad hoc report writing toolsPerform and undertake any other related duties that may be assigned either in support of divisional/department goal attainment in the futurePOSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalentAt least 1-3 years of previous general Human Resource experience. Experience working with an HR information system is requiredMust be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointProven ability to communicate in English, both written and oral and have a high-level of accuracy and attention to detailAmenable to work in BGC in an early morning shift and willing to extend hours and work or holidays/weekends when needed
