About the role
 

We are a leading hospitality and gaming company, is seeking a highly experienced AMLA Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and compliance of Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) regulations within our gaming operations, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and transparency.

What you'll be doing

Develop, implement, and monitor AMLA policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulationsOversee the day-to-day AMLA activities, including customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, and reporting of suspicious activitiesConduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential AMLA risksTrain and supervise a team of AMLA compliance officers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skillsCollaborate with internal departments and external regulatory bodies to ensure seamless AMLA complianceStay up-to-date with the latest AMLA regulations and best practices, and implement necessary changes to our policies and proceduresPrepare and submit accurate and timely AMLA reports to management and regulatory authorities

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in AMLA compliance, preferably in the gaming or financial services industryThorough understanding of AMLA laws, regulations, and best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address AMLA risksExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholdersProven ability to lead and manage a team of AMLA compliance officersMeticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of complianceRelevant certifications or qualifications in AMLA, compliance, or anti-fraud would be an advantage
