Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from web and mobile app usage and leveraging tools such as Mixpanel and AppsFlyer to track key performance metrics.Customer Behavior Modeling: Develop and refine models to predict user behavior within our platform, helping to optimize engagement, retention, and monetization strategies.Heat Map Analysis: Utilize heat maps to visualize user interactions within our apps, identifying opportunities for UI/UX improvements.Surge Generation Modeling: Analyze data to predict and manage surges in user activity, ensuring our apps remain stable and performance during high-traffic periods.Python & Sygnal Programming: Use Python and Sygnal to manipulate and analyze data, automate reporting, and support data-driven decision-making processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to align data insights with app development and user acquisition strategies.Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders, helping to guide the direction of our mobile apps.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile app analytics and data science to ensure our data practices remain at the forefront of the industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the mobile app industry.Proficiency in analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Appsflyer or TableauStrong understanding of customer behavior modeling in the context digital platformExperience with heat map analysis for mobile UI/UX optimization.Proficient in Python and Sygnal for data analysis and automation or similar data languageStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced mobile app development environment.
