Graduate of related Technical or Vocational At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Basic Trouble shooting, Computer Literate Preferably at lease 1 year hands on Technical support experience or equivalent. Knowledge of Mobile, Gadgets, Appliances trouble shooting and repairs, in dept knowledge in devices and operating system.Duties & Responsibilities: Receive and check units from store, dealers and individual clients / customers. Conducts inspection and diagnostic testing of units. Reinstall software programs or adjust setting of existing software to fix device malfunctioning. Implements locking/unlocking,language change and mobile/gadgets profiling. Open, disassemble, repair, replace parts and re assume units when done. Filing replacement form for the items that need replacement. Perform repairs and refurbishment of electronic devices within the highest quality standards. Prepares accurate documentation of repairs and parts information. Handles clients requests for technical assistance. Update store, dealers and individual clients regarding their items. Operates within the required company standards. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Office Address:
