- Responsible for end-to-end HCM processes, maintaining employee record and executing updates for employees and contingent workers with accuracy of data management.
- Manage other administrative tasks as part of the daily operations.
- Handle employee concerns and foster a strong and positive customer experience in an efficient and highly satisfactory manner.
- Participate in testing activities, identify, and raise issues to ensure seamless deployment of system changes.
- Document processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure that knowledge base is up to date.
- Update or create training materials depending on the needs and train new members.
- Provide end-user support, T2 troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on system functionality.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy of the data by performing validation checks.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboard and analytics to provide insights into metrics and trends.
- Lead or participate in projects related to operations, implementation of ideas and process optimizations.
