  • Responsible for end-to-end HCM processes, maintaining employee record and executing updates for employees and contingent workers with accuracy of data management.
    • Manage other administrative tasks as part of the daily operations.
    • Handle employee concerns and foster a strong and positive customer experience in an efficient and highly satisfactory manner.
    • Participate in testing activities, identify, and raise issues to ensure seamless deployment of system changes.
    • Document processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure that knowledge base is up to date.
    • Update or create training materials depending on the needs and train new members.
    • Provide end-user support, T2 troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on system functionality.
