Fujitsu is looking for a person dedicated to supplier onboarding and enablement tasks. In the wider perspective vendor creation in procurement tools, processes improvements and other relevant adjustments.
 

Key Accountabilities:

Carry out the Procurement Operations functions in line with the defined processesEnsure systems are accurately updated, effective communication with stakeholders is maintained, and SLA indicators are metWork closely with other team members to ensure effective handover of ongoing work when necessary.Improve current processes and facilitating smooth cooperation within the intercompany environment.Take independent actions on processes and in cooperation with team membersVendor Accreditation and Supplier Enablement tasksSupplier due diligence, on-boarding and maintenanceAnalysis, coordination and processing of supplier requests and relevant informationPreparation of required reports and deliverablesOther tasks (ex. sustainability, compliance, etc.)

 

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-4 years work experience in BPO set up under Procurement, Supplier Enablement, Sourcing, Quoting or Sales positionExcellent communication skills and good interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team as well as an individualFluent in English, both written and verbal is a must, German or Spanish as an advantageLogical approach to complex work problemsGood time management skills and work prioritizationKnowledge of SAP and other ERP SystemsProficient in Microsoft Excel, WordMust be on a legal working status
