To monitor and update project lot inventory and project milestonesTo compute, review and release product pricingTo recruit, train, develop and manage selling networksTo strategize, plan and implement activities and promos leading to sales generationTo take charge of the site and off-site merchandisingTo facilitate the reservation process of new sales and the turn over of accounts to Sales AdminTo create advertisements, public relations, digital and collateral efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related fieldA fresh graduate or someone with marketing experience (digital and traditional) is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Open to working on holidays and weekends.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Willing to be assigned in Davao
