Job Description
  • Oversees preparation, production, presentation of all Bakery and Pastry items and ensure highest quality at all times.
  • Controls and analyzes the quality of production and presentation, staff knowledge and performance, and product consistency. 
  • Produces up-to-date pastry and bakery standard recipe file and menu items.


Work Experience
  • Graduate of a degree in Culinary, pastry diploma, or any related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant working experience in a luxury hotel or the same capacity.
  • Knowledgeable of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points and Food Safety Management System.
  • Effective communication, guest relations, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledgeable in costing, menu and recipe creation, and MS Office applications.
