JOB SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Man receives, inspects, store and transfers material, equipment and tools within the project site, to other site and Masinag Warehouse. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist delivery and receiving unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching Delivery Note to actual delivered Item. 
  2. Move materials and items from receiving areas to other designated areas. 
  3. Sort and place materials on racks, shelves according to predetermined sequence such as size, style, type, color and/or product code. 
  4. File withdrawal slip, transfer slip of materials, tools and other stock items released.
  5. Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe. 
  6. Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method. 
  7. Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer programs. 
  8. Counting of physical inventory.
  9. Prepare parcels for mailing. 
  10. Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. At least a College Graduate 
    2. Knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office applications.
    3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    4. Must be willing to be assigned in Mapanique and Uson Masbate
    5. Must be willing to start immediately/ASAP.
  11. Two (2) Project-Based contracts are available for this position.
