About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Instructor to join our dynamic team at International Review & Integrated Studies, Inc. in Santa Rosa City Laguna. As an English Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to our diverse student body, helping them develop their language skills and reach their full potential. What you'll be doing

Preparing and delivering engaging English language lessons to students of varying levels and backgroundsDeveloping and implementing effective teaching strategies and materials to cater to the diverse needs of the studentsAssessing student progress and providing timely feedback to help them improve their English proficiencyCollaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the English language programMaintaining accurate records and documentation related to student progress and attendanceParticipating in professional development activities to enhance your teaching skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in English, Education or a related fieldWith 1 year of experience as an English language instructor, preferably in an academic or training setting; or no experience with Strong Academic BackgroundStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate studentsExcellent command of the English language, both written and spokenDemonstrated ability to create and deliver engaging, interactive and student-centred lessonsFamiliarity with various teaching methodologies and a willingness to adapt to the needs of the studentsProficiency in using educational technology and digital resources to enhance the learning experience
