An entertainment and media company is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their dynamic team.

About the Accounts Receivable Analyst Role:
As the Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our client's business. Your primary responsibilities will include raising and sending customer invoices based on specific business requirements, following up on unpaid invoices, reviewing received funds, and applying them appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and send customer invoices based on business requirements for multiple entities across the business
  • Follow up on unpaid customer invoices
  • Review received funds and apply them to the relevant invoices
  • Set up/update customers in the ERP system
  • Create projects for new tours/events
  • Prepare and distribute a weekly debtors report by entity, escalating any overdue
  • Ensure all processes are followed and documented to meet the companies SOX and audit requirements
  • Participate in the regular review of processes to improve suppliers, customers, and users experience

To succeed on this role, you must have at least three years' experience in the same position.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Minimum of three years' AR experience
  • Basic accounting knowledge (debits, credits, reversing journals)
  • MS Outlook and MS Excel knowledge (Intermediate)
  • (Advantageous) Experience raising invoices in Oracle
