POSITION SUMMARY:

The Quantity Surveyor conducts bidding, award of proposed project, payment processing and monitoring of the project from bidding to contract close-out. Other responsibilities involved are tabulation and evaluation of bids, preparation of control estimates, evaluation of change orders prior during construction and preparation of contract closure amendments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Pre - Construction

Preparation of Control EstimatesPreparation of bid documents for BiddingEvaluation of bidsAward Documentation
2. Construction

Evaluation and validation of Change Orders/Extra WorkProcess contract billings for timely payment to contractor through approval in Sapphire Billing Management System
3. Post Construction

Preparation of Contract Closure amendment through Issuance of Certificate of Completion and final acceptancePreparation of piece meal contracts
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering College GraduateAt least 2 years of working experience.Licensed Civil/ Electrical Engineer/ Mechanical EngineerWilling to be assigned in MuntinlupaCan start asap
