Duty 1: Metrics, reporting and AnalyticsExtracts/generates quantitative information from a single or multiple tool (Business Intelligence Tools - i.e.: Tableau, Toad, Oracle, Power BI, etc.) and/or from databases using standard queries (basic coding)Data GatheringExtract quantitative information from a single or multiple tool and/or from databases using standard queriesCommunicates with resource person to get input/raw data needed for report generationData ManipulationCleans extracted data using pre-defined guidelines or instructionsFormats extracted data based on expected report outputCalculates data by using available fields within the gathered informationConsolidates and combines extracted data from multiple resources using automated toolsData AnalysisGathers and analyzes report requirements from stakeholders. Identify and provide solution to general inquiriesAnalyzes stakeholder requirements from an existing report and provides improvement and recommendation based on customer requestsEvaluates objective/charter and recommends non-standard reports/workarounds based on customer requirement and/or gathered data and analysisReportingCreates reports based on standard templates and/or tests dynamic reports based on the designed formatConceptualizes report design contents and methodologies based from gathered and/or analysis for static or dynamic reportsProvide report recommendations and validate with stakeholders.Duty 2: Project SupportAttends scope reviews to learn what the project request is all aboutAssist project manager and quality engineers in gathering, analyzing and clarifying customer requirementsCreates prototypes. Mock-ups using standard project templates and toolsWrites codes based on specifications defined. Participates in cross-functional testing and peer reviewsFollows set coding standards, code sharing and design guidelines of the teamDevelops simple and complex modules or basic to advance functionalitiesReports own progress back to the project tracking toolSets up development environment, configures servers, create database and project solutions, necessary permissions, code repository and populates project tracking tool.Sets up User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Implements the necessary fix or improvement for basic functionalities based on the UAT resultsCreates user manuals using standard templates of the teamOther duties assigned by the project manager and/or Systems Development Lead.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:8 hour shift
