- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Prepares and completes action plans; implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolves problems; identifies trends; determines regional sales system improvements; implements change
- Implements trade promotions and manages product trade activities to different chain drugstores regionally by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending
- Product inclusions to all chain drugstores in Visayas
- Close coordination with different Chain partners and Distributors.
- Responsible for the inclusion of Mega Lifesciences products to Chain Drugstore Independent Drugstore and top wholesalers in Visayas
- Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveys consumer needs and trends; tracks competitors.
- ONBOARDING WILL BE ON JANUARY 2024
Key Accounts Specialist (KAS) Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably Marketing Management
