About the role: 

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our mobile and web applications, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to ensure we deliver exceptional user experiences. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories Work with designers to develop wireframes and mockups Work collaboratively with designers and developers to define application features, workflows, and user interfaces. Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment Manage project timelines and deliverables Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) Document requirements and processes thoroughly Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices 

 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with Business Analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Experience with user story writing, wireframing, and user experience (UX) principles Experience with mobile and web application development (a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
