Job Responsibilities
Manages the implementation of the work program and ensures compliance to approved plans and project implementation proceduresImplements set guidelines, policies and procedures for the efficient administration of the Project Team OfficeConducts top level monitoring and review of the activities to ensure efficient performance and compliance to plans and specificationsInvolved in the preparation and deliberation of project plans together with the Engineering and Design departmentsProvides expert advice to PICs, Project Engineers and other site personnel on issues encountered in the project sites, as necessaryResponsible for the preparation and submission of high level project performance reports as may be required by managementParticipates in the completion of progress billing documentation covering operations accomplishmentSigns on project documents, letters, and other communiques, as necessaryProvides mentoring and coaching to Project In Charge, Project Engineers and other junior members of the Operations Team on performance and engineering concepts and practicesOffers expertise to the Engineering and Design DepartmentsRepresents the company in various project meetings called by the clients or other external institutions, as necessaryOther duties as may be assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
The Project Manager for Operations must be a licensed Civil Engineer for at least ten (10) yearsWith at least Ten (10) years work experience; with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity handling project management in a construction businessWith experience working on a wide array of civil and construction work with varying degree of difficultyWith People Management experienceWilling to be assigned anywhere in Luzon as needed; current hiring is for Capas, Tarlac
