Gainsight Administrator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Gainsight Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing our Gainsight platform to enhance customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, data management, and user support, ensuring that our Gainsight implementation effectively meets the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

● System Administration:

     ○ Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the Gainsight platform.

     ○ Manage user access and permissions, ensuring appropriate security protocols are followed.

     ○ Implement system updates and enhancements, working closely with Gainsight support as needed.

● Data Management:

     ○ Maintain data integrity and accuracy within Gainsight.

      ○ Monitor and manage data imports/exports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

      ○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Gainsight with other systems.

● User Support and Training:

     ○ Serve as the primary point of contact for Gainsight users, providing troubleshooting assistance and guidance.

     ○ Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.

     ○ Create and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and best practice guides.

● Collaboration:

     ○ Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align Gainsight functionalities with business objectives.

     ○ Participate in strategy meetings to provide insights based on Gainsight data and analytics.

     ○ Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improvement in customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a Gainsight Administrator or in a similar role.

● Strong understanding of customer success principles and best practices.

● Proficiency in data management and analytics.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

● Gainsight certification is a plus.
