Job Description:
o Retirement TPA support
· Manage and execute on incoming TPA phone calls and voice mails each day.
· Correctly log all calls that need additional support into TPA spreadsheet.
· Assist with daily gatekeeping of the First Inbox.
· Assist with Plan Document management and storage.
· Process TPA payroll data for client retirement plans.
· Assist in various Retirement plan projects.
o Employee Benefit support
· Manage and execute on incoming EBA phone calls and voice mails each day.
· Manage EBA Helpbox by responding to email request each day.
· Assist with various administrative projects including:
1. Data processing
2. Excel spreadsheets
3. Audit support and Document review
4. Document support and storage on OneDrive/Sharepoint
o Customer Support
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage with clients.
Qualifications:
· Proven customer support experience
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
· Accountability and high level of accuracy
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
