Job Description:
 

Email managementProcess orders, create purchase orders, and prepare quotes/proposalsSend calibration reportsDispatch and invoice deliveries, send pick slips and invoices to the warehouse, and liaise as necessaryBook transport, couriers, and organize freightOrganize receipts for ordersSet up new installationsManage social media content and schedulingMonitor audit reportsPerform ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by the immediate superior

 
Requirements: 
 

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, or any related course.At least 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.Can effectively communicate with team members in an orderly and professional manner.Be able to comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memorandums.Creative strengths – able to take ideas and concepts and put into powerful content and material for proposals and programs.Edit, proof and accuracy of production, attention to detail on all materials and contents.Must have experience in software like Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or other cloud-based accounting software.Must have a stable internet connection for a work-from-home arrangement and be available for a day shift schedule (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time).
