  • Ensure accuracy, appropriateness of medication and determine formulas and ingredients needed.
  • Answer questions and provides information to customers on drug interactions, side effects present, dosage and storage requirements.
  • Do data entry of patient's information, prescribed medication and cost to charge system.
  • Prepare monthly list of Near Expiry medicines to be submitted every first week of the month.
  • Prepare list of medicines to be ordered and prepare Purchase Requisition.
  • Prepare a weekly to-do list and accomplishments to ensure that all tasks assigned are finished and monitored. Submit monthly report to VP for Operations.
  • Endorse all S2 medications dispensed weekly to the PDEA Report for easy consolidation and reporting semi-annually.
  • Attend the quarterly Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee Meeting.
  • Ensure that fellow Pharmacist is informed in all of the communications sent out to doctors, patients, suppliers and the Medical Director.
  • Email all endorsement to the fellow Pharmacist and immediate head.
  • Ensure that the original Board Certificate of the Pharmacist is displayed at CMI Pharmacy in compliance with the new Pharmacy Law, RA 10918
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Management.
