ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the branch salonLead the effort to reach revenue targets (Revenue/sales - Treatment, retail, sales drivers)Oversee the work of other salon staff, such as hairstylists, aestheticians, and nail technicians (People management and development)Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and development for existing staffEnsure that the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintainedDevelop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones (Mall Marketing Strategy)Manage and monitor the Branch’s inventory of supplies and productsEnsure adherence to Kskin SOP’s/ Operations ManualEnhance Customer Experience, Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that ariseMonitor and manage the salon's finances, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll (Operating Expense)Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and servicesEnsure that the Branches comply with all health and safety regulationsCoordinate with HQ for strategies and activitiesConduct Competitor Analysis and Bench-marking to aid in achieving BusinessQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Management, or related fields; or equivalent degree. Master’s degree, an advantageAt least 2-3 years of managing multi-site or multiple branches, or related fields;Critical Thinking and Problem Solving SkillsStrong Decision-Making skillsProficiency in ERP systems;Advanced Excel skills preferred.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments.
