ABOUT THE POSITION

Determine audit objectives, and establish programs and procedures for specific audit assignments which will assist audit staff based on walkthroughs performed on the related processes/transactions.Ensure audit working papers are prepared by professional standards to provide adequate documentation for audit findings, conclusions, and recommendations.Ensure that the company’s internal control and procedures are effective, efficient, and adequate, and conform to industry practices, corporate policies, regulatory guidelines, and Philippines Audit Standards (PAS).Lead the conduct of Region audit and Branch Audit.Conduct a special audit and investigate fraud cases upon instruction of the Internal AuditorPerform such other duties that may be assigned to or required by the Internal Auditor from time to time.Review if company’s financial reporting systems and policies to ensure that accounting reports are accurate and complete.Evaluate employees’ compliance with operating procedures to ensure they abide by laws and regulations, company and Finance Dept. policies when performing duties.Review draft audit findings and recommendations for the assigned audit.Finalize audit reports for submission and presentation to the Finance Head and Executives Committee.

 

ABOUT YOU

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Strong organization and project management skills.Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Internal Audit, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field.At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Audit, Finance Accounting, or a similar field preferred.Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.Must be a CPA
