Assists in the site analysis and project evaluation of 4PH proposals;2. Assists in the production of initial concept drawings, schematic plans and perspectives of proposed 4PH sites using architectural and presentation software such as CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and 3D rendering software; 3. Assists in preparing materials for reports and presentations to the SHFC Board of Directors, and meetings with KSAs and other agencies;4. Assists in the preparation of site inspection and title verification reports;5. Assists in checking a) the property's boundaries and configuration through plotting, b) the accuracy of the technical description inscribed in the Transfer Certificates of Title c) the approved subdivision plan, and d) total land area6. Coordinates with the SHFC Office of the President and other SHFC departments on 4PH projects; 7. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time;
