Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor is designated to report the day to day operation to the Restaurant Manager most especially in the absence of the Restaurant Manager to ensure the restaurant smoothly. They train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulation, and resolve customer complaints.

Other Responsibilities

● Assisting the branch manager with his weekly tasks

● Frequent checking of inventory to ensure minimal spoilage

● Conducting/ assigning everyday huddle

● Must be certified in all stations (cook, dispatch, cashier, drinks, roti)

QUALIFICATONS:

College graduateAt least one year work experience in the Food IndustryHave knowledge or experience in/out of the kitchenMust have one year work experience in people management

Excellent communication skillsMust have conflict management skillsHave strong organizational skillsHave physical strength and coordinationFlexible in adapting changing work environments
