Honest and with IntegrityCan read and writeWork is performed both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.Ability to climb scaffolding, perform waterproofing, repainting, or mix cement if needed.Ability to lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, climb in roof and work in confined spaces as needed.Regular work is six days a week, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but you may be required to work in the evenings or on your day off for a few hours if needed in emergency cases or depending on the needs of the building.

Tasks & responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the common area of the condominium building (plumbing/ electrical/ carpentry)Report any issues or safety concerns to the Building Manager and/ or ManagementRequests from residents upon approval of Manager and/ or ManagementPerform routine maintenance few equipment systems and other building infrastructure.Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to building systems and equipment promptly and effectively.Respond to building emergencies, such as power outages, plumbing failures, and take appropriate action to resolve these issues.Work closely with fellow employees, such as security guards, housekeeping and Admin Office staff.Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as necessary.Help improve and renovate the building by gradually re-tiling the floors and repainting the walls.
