The Sales Assistant supports the Sales Department by fulfilling through the following:

  • Create Sales Order for employee orders under House Accounts (HACC) and on behalf of Sales Specialists on the field.
  • Reviews delivery receipt against the Finished Goods and Shipment Report before releasing receipt to Sales Specialist for collection.
  • Carries out a follow-up of collection from customer based on the outstanding Accounts Receivable.
  • Prepares the monthly and year to date sales report per customer and per product.

    Qualifications:

    • College graduate
    • Detail oriented and highly organized
    • Good communication skills
    • Proficiency in computer office applications particularly in Microsoft Excel
      • With 6 months to 1 year related experience
