About the role

As the Quality Assurance Section Head at Cotabato Sugar Central Co., Inc. (CSCCI), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control across our manufacturing operations in Matalam Cotabato. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance processes and procedures to guarantee the consistent production of premium sugar products.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs to monitor and maintain product quality standardsLead a team of quality inspectors and technicians to conduct regular testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished productsCollaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely mannerEstablish and maintain quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures, quality manuals, and inspection recordsEnsure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policiesContinuously monitor and analyse quality metrics to identify opportunities for improvementRepresent the quality assurance function in cross-functional meetings and liaise with senior management

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industryBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, food science, or quality managementStrong working knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control, and root cause analysis techniquesProven ability to lead and motivate a team of quality assurance professionalsExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest quality standardsEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
