  1. Perform procedure as instructed by Head Senior Dentist under her supervision.
  2. Assist Head Senior / Senior Dentist during major dental procedures.
  3. Seating of the patient.
  4. Checking of biographic data and details as answered by the patient.
  5. Head and neck examination through visual examination, palpation and auscultation.
  6. Recording of the patient’s chief complaint, history taking and initial charting and intraoral examination.
  7. Explanation of the informed consent prior to any treatment or procedure. Patient Refusal - ask patient to sign Waiver form
  8. Assessment, diagnosis and formulation of tentative treatment plan.
  9. Fabrication of diagnostic tools through referrals or walk in patients (radiographs and impression taking).
  10. Answering questions regarding procedure. (cost, duration, possible complications).
  11. Perform preventive and restorative treatment.
  12. Provide oral hygiene instructions and post-operative care.
  13. Fill out prescriptions and dental certificates (Post op).
  14. Update patient record thru Practo System (recent procedures and balance settlements).
  15. Prepare monthly report – treated patient (for incentives computation) on excel format
  16. Proper referral of patient to specialist or consultant.
  17. Coordinates with laboratory and other laboratory cases.
  18. Instruct and supervise Dental Assistants.
  19. Coordinate with Branch Manager regarding patient scheduling, appointment and ensure to log in the appointment book and Practo calendar.
  20. Coordinate with Branch Manager If specific supplies are required for treatment and arrange order and delivery of supplies.
  21. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
    • Attend to Mall’s Security Officers and Maintenance personnel dental care needs.
