BASIC FUNCTION:

The Medical Concierge Manager acts as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and facilities, ensuring that patients receive coordinated and comprehensive medical care. This role involves managing patient relations, scheduling, communication, and support to optimize healthcare delivery and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Coordination and Support:

*Assist patients in scheduling medical appointments, treatments, and follow-up care.

*Provide information on healthcare services, including options for diagnostics, treatment plans, and specialist referrals.

*Address patient inquiries and concerns, offering personalized assistance and guidance.

Healthcare Navigation:

*Facilitate the navigation of healthcare systems and processes, ensuring patients understand and access necessary medical services.

*Coordinate with healthcare providers to arrange consultations, diagnostics, and treatment plans.

*Manage patient records and ensure accurate and timely communication between all parties involved.

Administrative Management:
