JOB SUMMARY

Our rapidly growing company is looking for a highly skilled Multimedia Designer who will join the in-house design team and our office-based work setup. The role includes the management and execution of the entire process of defining the requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics both in print and digital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong creative vision, and a proven track record of producing high-quality work. In addition, the new member shall demonstrate excellent attitude, innovativeness, communication, and analytical skills, as the new member is expected to interact with multiple teams, executives, and clients frequently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Study design briefs and determine requirementsSchedule projects and timeline constraintsConceptualize and create exceptional designs based on requirementsPrepare rough drafts and present ideasProduce illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by handCreating Basic Animations, GIFs and Videos for Social Media PostUse the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic base on branding guidelinesWork with copywriters, other internal teams, and clients to produce the final design in line with organizational standards, brand expectations, and business objectives.Test graphics across various media formats and platformsAmend designs after feedbackExamine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Multi Media Arts or similar disciplineExceptional creativity and innovative design skillsProven experience of 1 year or more working as a graphic designer in a professional setting.Proficiency with design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects, etc.Compelling portfolioExcellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skillsOrganizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWilling to work on-site during the training period
