The Construction Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that construction projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the construction team and subcontractors. Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion. Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage conflicts and resolve issues that arise during construction.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including progress reports and forecasts. Oversee project close-out procedures, including final inspections and handover to clients. Prepare final project reports and evaluate project performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.Atleast 5 years as Project ManagerStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Proficient in Excel and data presentation

Certifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
