We are looking for a Factory Expense Controller who will manage and control the expenses associated with factory operations. This role involves monitoring costs, implementing cost-saving strategies, and ensuring financial efficiency within the factory. The Factory Expense Controller will work closely with various departments to optimize resource utilization and contribute to the overall financial health of the factory.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze factory expenditures including raw materials, labor, utilities, maintenance, and overheadsDevelop and maintain accurate expense tracking systems to ensure proper financial oversight.Review expense reports and ensure they align with budgetary constraints.Prepare and manage the factory’s annual budget, including detailed expense forecasts and cost projections.Conduct regular budget reviews and variance analyses to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.Identify areas for cost reduction and implement effective cost control measures to minimize waste and inefficiencies.Collaborate with procurement and production teams to negotiate and secure cost-effective supplier contracts.Evaluate the financial impact of operational changes and recommend strategies for cost optimization.Prepare comprehensive financial reports on factory expenses and performance metrics.Present financial data to management and provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports in accordance with company policies.Analyze current financial processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Lead initiatives to streamline expense management and reporting processes.Implement best practices for expense tracking and financial control.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all financial transactions and expense reports.Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to financial controls and policies.Work closely with factory management, production teams, and finance department to align expense management with overall business objectives.Provide training and support to factory staff on financial procedures and cost control practices.

Job Qualifications:

With a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related fieldWith working experience in expense control, financial management, or cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.Have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes or similar application software.  Experience with JD Edwards and Crystal Reports preferred.With Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detailProficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial data clearly.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing financial environments.
