ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a passionate and innovative technical lead who, along with our excellent software development team, will be responsible for working on projects that are currently under development. Duties will include but are not limited to developing and directing software system validation and testing methods, as well as directing our software programming initiatives. You will also be working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals. You will be fully integrated into our product team as a vital part of the software development process.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensuring smooth functioning of technical operations and troubleshooting. • Experience in leading a minimum of 3 engineers. • Developing a detailed design structure after understanding the functional and non-functional requirements • Identifying technical challenges and risks. • Implementing best practices and coding standards • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. • Proactive in collaboration with coworkers to ensure the delivery of the sprint features. • Liaising with cross functional team members. • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments. • Ability to be involved in technical research. • Deploying apps to the respective app stores

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

MUST HAVE • A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field • 5 - 7 years of mobile development experience • Proficient in React Native with Redux concept • Proficient in Typescript and extensive knowledge of modern Javascript frameworks and libraries • Experienced with source control (SVN, GIT) • Experienced with REST API integration • Proficient with Cross-Platform Development • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Creative problem-solving skills • Well versed with App deployment process for iOS, Android and Huawei • Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills • Strong leadership and organizational abilities

GOOD TO HAVE • Understanding of CI/CD • Experienced in managing the software development lifecycle • Good knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework is a plus • Knowledge of JQuery, CSS/Bootstrap • Ability to prioritize activities and deliver projects on time and within budget • Experience working with clients and business partners
