Requirements and skills• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools• Advanced skills in MS Office• Organizational and leadership abilities• Communication and interpersonal skills• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach• Problem-solving skills• Degree in a technical, BS degree in Civil Engineering, / Industrial Management / Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.• FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOMEDuties and Responsibilities:1. Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees2. Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.3. Overseeing and coaching employees.4. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance5. Check production output according to specifications6. Submit reports on performance and progress.7. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements8. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.9.
