Job Summary:

Ka-Eastern Enterprise Risk Management Manager is responsible for developing and formulating risk policies, guidelines, and framework. S/he coordinates with the division heads in the development of the risk appetite and tolerance, and oversees the strategic and operational risk management plan, and key risk indicators. S/he provides implementation of the business continuity management policy and related procedures, such as business impact analysis and risk assessment.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree holder preferably with Masteral degreeExperienced, at least 10 years, in Strategy and Program Management with focus on Risk management or in Risk and Controls and Business Continuity Management in Telecommunication or other companies with extensive risk implementation.A people leader with leadership and management experience, either as a department manager or a team leader.Well versed in understanding and application of different management standards.Adept in enterprise risk management, business continuity management, root-cause analysis, problem solving, decision-making, and data analysis.Strong in technical writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other business process tools.Strong in qualitative and quantitative skills.
