Who You'll Be Working With: Technology & Operations team

 

You'll be responsible for the following:

Attends Automation sprint sessions to align with overall project requirements and directionLead and manage a team of SDETs, providing technical guidance and support in test automation and non-functional testing.Develop and implement test automation frameworks, strategies, and best practicesWork closely with the QA Leads and QA Chapter Leads to ensure Test Automation Coverage. Work closely with Tribes to provide feedback on code quality and testability.Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts and provide timely resolution of identified issues.Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.Act as a subject matter expert in non-functional testing and automation, providing guidance and support to the testing team and the broader organization.Communicate testing progress, results, and risks to project stakeholders and management.

We're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of relevant work experience in software testing or development.Strong proficiency in JAVA or JavaScript or a related language (e.g., TypeScript, Python) for test automation.Solid experience with Web and API Test AutomationProven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.Deep understanding of testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and their impact on non-functional testing.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working with cross-functional teams.Proven ability to drive and deliver testing initiatives within schedule and quality requirements.Continuous learning mindset and the willingness to explore new technologies and tools in the field of software testing.
