JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure smooth running of line operations and production process at the highest quality of the product and supervise production team in a shift
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for shift production line operations.
2. Responsible in making the daily production report per shift.
3. Implements maintenance programs and proper change-over for all machines.
4. Leads the troubleshooting of alarms during machine breakdowns.
5. Manage production process, make routine check-up, adjust recipe and equipment base on company and quality standards
6. Ensure all product and package quality are with in standards and specification.
7. Prepares Daily Production and Efficiency reports to SBMS (online Simplified Business Management System).
8. Create and update procedures manual, work instruction manual and monitoring reports.
9. Prepares and updates weekly manning schedule of production team based on production schedule
10. Supervise all machine operators.
11. Prepares performance evaluation report and appraisal of machine operators.
12. Maintain clean, safe & healthy work environment by following standards & procedures; complying legal regulation 13. Comply current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) & Food Safety requirement/standards.
14. Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Manufacturing Management, Machine Maintenance
- With Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Amenable for Shifting Schedule
