Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Golf Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the game, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire golfers of all levels to improve their performance. As a Golf Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality golf instruction, conducting clinics, and providing personalized coaching sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group golf lessons for players of all skill levels.
Develop customized lesson plans and training programs tailored to each student's needs and goals.
Analyze players' swings, providing feedback and instruction to help them improve their techniques.
Organize and lead golf clinics, workshops, and special events.
Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting instruction as necessary.
Stay up-to-date with the latest golf techniques, equipment, and industry trends.
Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Assist in promoting golf programs and events to members and guests.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during instruction.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Golf Instructor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Patience and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Basic computer skills for scheduling and communication purposes.
