What you'll be doing
Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to our customersProvide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experienceMaintain a clean and well-organised work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standardsAssist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as neededFoster a positive and collaborative work environment with your teamContribute to the overall success of the cafe by suggesting improvements and implementing best practicesWhat we're looking for
Proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industryStrong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and the ability to craft high-quality beveragesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer serviceAttention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentA passion for the food and beverage industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the cafeFlexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidaysWhat we offer
