Senior Warehouse Manager

This role will be employed under Lamido E-Services Philippines Inc. (under Lazada Group).

Lamido E-Services Philippines Inc. is an e-commerce enabler and accelerator - helping sellers to maximize their e-commerce sales and revenue.

Lamido is part of the Lazada Group, which aims to provide the best and safest marketplace for sellers, merchants and buyers.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of cooperation & communication with commercial and logistics team. Will be working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive warehousing solutions.
• Develop, streamline, document and communicate new and existing processes to support any initiatives to drive Warehouse performance.
• Identify and drive solution alignment and execution with relevant stakeholders across the Commercial and Logistics Team.
• Ensure consistency between warehouse capabilities and business objectives.
• Ensure the daily achievement of warehouse inbound & outbound.
• Strictly implement sop & cost efficiency of local warehouses, continuously optimize warehouse efficiency, and enhance the cost advantage of local warehouses.
• Ensure the direction of strategy of local & regional is consistent, can assist in promoting the project.

  Job requirement:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain or related fields
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong local warehouse operation/solution experiences, background not limited to logistics companies, seller/platform background is acceptable.
  • Amenable to do business travel in Lazada’s local warehouse facility.
  • Basic conversational in English; can speak mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical ability and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills
