What does a day in the life of a Talent Shared Services Associate look like?

Compiles and creates employment and demographic reports such as but not limited to centralized database updates, dispute reports, new hire updates, and attrition statisticsUpdates Employee Databases on a periodic basis; uploads schedule requests, processes creation & activation of HRIS accounts, monitors employee movements, uploads performance evaluation reports, and processes 201 filings, both manually and virtuallyAttends to compensation & benefits concerns such as payroll & timekeeping disputes; creates Certificate of Employment for eligible employeesCollects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, employment records, government labor statistics, and other sources.Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to attrition, employee movement, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.Recommends based on metrics and analysis policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to motivate and retain employees, address staffing issues, and maintain legal compliance.Guides and assists with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to HR leadership.Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. Team InterfaceAssists with conducting classification audits to ensure that jobs are properly classified as exempt or nonexempt.Perform other duties as assigned

What are the required qualifications of a Talent Shared Services Associate?

Holds a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field or equivalent knowledge and understanding. Undergraduates are welcome to applyMust have at least 6 months of experience as an HR AnalystKnowledgeable with any HRIS, MS Office and Google office, and general functions of HR, especially with TimekeepingHas excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with employees and stakeholders at all levels.Keen into details, can work under pressure, and ability to multitaskA Team Player, proactive and flexible with work setup and work scheduleWilling to work onsite at the Sanctum Office, SM North EDSA, QC.
