Responsible for Department Productivity and Quality Coordinate Implementation projects Maintain team motivation and Performance (Individual and Collective) Promote, Support and Enforce Company Compliance Policy and Guidelines Lead and Support projects to support and develop use of Automation tools and Processes Your Responsibilities Optimize Productivity and Quality of the Sea Logistics Business Unit.
Guide operations to satisfy Internal Customers (Kuehne Nagel Branches).
Lead Continuous Improvement Projects within his/her Department
Lead and Support projects to support and develop use of Automation tools and Processes
Control the implementation of new processes in her/his area.
Control the implementation of KPI's and Reporting
Coordinate department meetings to verify if goals were reached, Communicate department productivity, quality goals.
Be responsible for team management : Looking for a back-up when absent employees, rotations, keep a good working environment, etc.
Be aware of employee's vacations, breaks, overtime assignment and communicate with HR.
Prepare Performance Appraisal evaluations. Your Skills and Experiences Good communication skills
Bachelor's degree is required
Knowledge in SALOG and MS Office applications
Experience in Sea Logistics is desirable
2-5 years of Leadership experience
