Your Mission:

As our Staff PEE Engineer, Laser, based in Binan, Laguna and reporting to the Engineering Department Manager, your role will be pivotal in assuring that technical issues on manufacturing processes are well communicated to concerning teams for better yield improvement and results. 

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

-Equipment/Process expert in subtractive patterning (Laser) process.
-Establish and implement Process and Equipment controls to ensure process & equipment performance are meeting Line yield, product reliability and OEE requirements.
-Initiate, develop strategies, and implement ways to continuously improve the process and or equipment performance.
-Perform process characterization and optimization.
-Systematically investigate and solve process and or equipment issues.
-Engage with R&D and Operations Teams on new technology deployment, tool install, start-up, and qualification activities.
-Participate in the evaluation, selection, and procurement of new equipment.
-Oversee installation, modification, and maintenance of equipment.
-Ensure equipment and process are meeting safety and environmental requirements.
-Train Technicians and/or Engineers on process and equipment.
-Own indirect material (IDM) and tool spares cost improvement projects.
-Own or co-own Equipment Procurement Review (EPR), Process characterization Review, Process and tool Specifications
-Participate on all business process reviews like PCR, EPR, SPC, and SG.
-Perform other duties as may be assigned by his/her manager.

Essential for your Success:

We understand that everyone has followed unique career paths, gaining valuable knowledge along the way. Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes – apply anyway Your experience is more than just a list of technical skills. 

-Bachelor's degree graduate preferably Engineering, Physics or any equivalent.
-With minimum 5 years of process and or equipment engineering experience
-Laser Technology knowledge & experience (Subtractive Patterning process)
-Software proficiency – Python, Visual C++
-High Mechanical aptitude
-Knowledge in SPC Tools and problem-solving methodologies.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills

It would be Nice if You Have:

-BS / MS Engineering/ Physics graduate
-With strong understanding of Laser Science & Technology
-Excellent understanding of fundamental theories and Principles of Engineering
-Proficiency in macro
-Experience in processes from semiconductor/electronics manufacturing or R&D
-With strong knowledge and experience in using SPC tools/8D/DOE/FMEA/RCCA
-Excellent presentation and communication skills
